Bio
Ebenezer J. Ezenwa serves as a Program Coordinator in the Office of Black Student Success at California State University, San Bernardino. In this role, he is committed to fostering student engagement, retention, and success by developing culturally affirming programs, mentorship initiatives, and academic support services for Black students on campus.
With a background in counseling and student affairs, Ebenezer specializes in mentorship, leadership development, and holistic student support, ensuring that students have access to the resources they need to thrive academically and personally. His work focuses on increasing involvement in Black student organizations, strengthening community partnerships, and providing guidance to students navigating their academic and professional journeys.
Beyond his role in higher education, Ebenezer is actively working toward licensure as an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) and has a passion for mental health advocacy, Black male education, and professional development. He is also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., where he contributes to mentorship and community engagement efforts.
