As a Lead Chatbot Architect with over 8 years of experience in developing advanced AI solutions, I specialize in creating scalable chatbots for large enterprises. Currently, I lead a team at CSUSB, where I oversee the full stack development and integration of chat systems (Ask Cody), serving over 20,000 users.

Starting my career as a software developer, I quickly advanced through roles that built my expertise in AI and system architecture. I hold a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from CSUSB and am a certified professional cloud architect with a focus on building conversational experiences.

Among my key achievements, I designed a proprietary chatbot framework that has handled tens of thousands of requests. My technical skills include proficiency in React, NodeJS, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) integrations with Large Language Model Generators and Google Cloud Services, with a strong focus on security integrations using RBAC (Role Based Access Control) principles.

I am also passionate about mentoring young tech professionals and am involved in various STEM education initiatives.
