Research and Teaching Interests
My research is currently focused on using graph theory to model self-assembling DNA complexes. This is work done jointly with Amanda Harsy (Lewis University), Jessica Sorrells (Converse University), Leyda Almodovar Velazquez (Stonehill College), and Jo Ellis-Monaghan (University of Amsterdam).
