Certificate in National Cybersecurity Studies

Program Description: The Post-Graduate Certificate (PGC) Program in National Cybersecurity Studies equips students with advanced knowledge to meet industry demands in both government and private sectors. The curriculum for the PGC Program in National Cybersecurity Studies emphasizes career-centered and practical workplace application courses, so students can apply what they have learned on the job.

The PGC Program in National Cybersecurity Studies is your pathway to success and a potential fast-track to CSUSB’s Master of Science in National Cybersecurity Studies. Students who successfully complete their PGC program can apply their twelve (12) PGC credits to the Master of Science in National Cybersecurity Studies program. However, PGC graduates are not automatically admitted to MS in the National Cybersecurity Studies program; they must apply separately to the program and meet its academic and other requirements.

Application Requirements:

• $70 Application fee
• Prior college transcripts (unofficial accepted)
• A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
• Academic Record

Application Details:

• Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with a grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or above using the entire degree or the last 60 semester (90 quarter) units of course work, which may include post-baccalaureate work.
• Unofficial Transcripts: Upload unofficial transcripts from all institutions attended. CSUSB students are not required to submit any CSUSB transcripts. However, if your transcript is not in English, you must also send a certified literal English translation of the transcripts along with the official original-language transcripts with proof of degree.
• Academic Record: If a graduate applicant has earned a bachelor's degree, please upload a copy of official degree diploma or official verification of degree completion.
