Program Description: The Post-Graduate Certificate (PGC) Program in Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) equips students with enhanced qualifications to advance their careers and contribute to economic growth in both local and national markets. Whether you are an aspiring professional in hospitality and tourism or seeking to move into management and specialized roles, the PGC Program in Hospitality and Tourism Management provides a pathway to success.

The Post-Graduate Certificate Program in Hospitality and Tourism Management can be used as a pathway toward CSUSB’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. Students who successfully complete their PGC program can apply their twelve (12) PGC credits to the MBA program. However, PGC graduates are not automatically admitted to the MBA program; they must apply separately to the program and meet its academic and other requirements.

Application Requirements:

• $70 Application fee
• Prior college transcripts (unofficial accepted)
• A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
• Academic Record

Application Details:

• Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with a grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or above using the entire degree or the last 60 semester (90 quarter) units of course work, which may include post-baccalaureate work.
• Unofficial Transcripts: Upload unofficial transcripts from all institutions attended. CSUSB students are not required to submit any CSUSB transcripts. However, if your transcript is not in English, you must also send a certified literal English translation of the transcripts along with the official original-language transcripts with proof of degree.
• Academic Record: If a graduate applicant has earned a bachelor's degree, please upload a copy of official degree diploma or official verification of degree completion.
