Live Check:

If you would like to have your live paycheck mailed, you may do so by submitting an email request to paycheckbymail@csusb.edu with authorization for CSUSB to mail your paycheck(s) to your mailing address on file. Please make sure to include your full legal name and employee ID (i.e. Coyote ID). Additionally, you are required to review and update your mailing address.

In-Person Pick Up (Live Paycheck Only):

The in-Person distribution will be limited to live pay warrants only. Distribution date, time, and location will be communicated before each respective pay period, via your mycoyote e-mail. 

Pay Stub (Enrolled in Direct Deposit):

For this pay period, your pay stub will automatically be mailed to the Mailing Address we currently have on file for you. You need to review and update your mailing address if there are any changes.
