Fadi Muheidat, Ph.D.
Fadi Muheidat is an Associate Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at California State University, San Bernardino. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri, Columbia, USA. Dr. Muheidat has held academic positions at the University of the Pacific, Stockton, CA, and the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO, where he also served as a Faculty, Teaching Fellow, and Graduate Instructor. Dr.Muheidat has been a faculty fellow with the xREAL lab since 2021.
Dr. Muheidat's research interests include artificial intelligence and natural language processing, eldercare technology, cybersecurity, blockchain, predictive analysis, Internet of Things (IoT) and cyber-physical systems, architecture, communication, and security, High-Performance Computing, and the use of Extended Reality (XR) in education. He has published 39+ articles and book chapters in these areas. He presented and chaired session in local national and international conferences in the topics of Computer Science and Engineering.
