The book continues to document the history of Latino baseball and softball focusing on the South Bay area of Southern California and is the 18th book produced by the Latino Baseball History Project, housed at CSUSB’s John M. Pfau Library.
“The Conduits and Barriers to Reentry for Formerly Incarcerated Individuals in San Bernardino” will be presented by Annika Yvette Anderson, assistant professor of sociology at CSUSB.
Jessica O. Perez will present “Understanding the Experience of Women in Undergraduate Engineering Programs at Public Universities” at 5 p.m. at the Santos Manuel Student Union, Room 215.
Eddy Hartenstein will visit the campus on Thursday, Feb. 7, and discuss artificial intelligence, digitalization and automation, how they change the economy and society – and how to prepare for a successful future.
José M. Aguilar-Hernández, assistant professor from Cal Poly Pomona, will present on May 23, and Freddy Francisco Alvarez Jr., assistant professor from Portaland State University, will speak on May 29.
