CSUSB’s Outstanding Professional Academic Advisor Award is presented to academic advisors who have demonstrated exceptional advising qualities through their dedication and commitment to students. The first-ever recipients of this award are Arturo Gutierrez from the ASUA Academic Advising office and Paola Godinez Martinez from the Undocumented Student Success Center.
The 2023 Academy Award-nominated documentary about kindness and love overcoming hate will be shown at noon, Monday, April 10, at the Santos Manuel Student Union South Theater. The event is free and open to the public.

Jones (psychology) was part of a team that published a study on individuals with Parkinson’s disease.
