CSUSB celebrates LGBTQ+ History Month with events and workshops to raise awareness, while also celebrating LGBTQ+ history and individuals.
“My role is to lead to create the vision and oversee operations to make sure they align with CSUSB’s mission, too, while also providing mentorship and continuing to advocate for our students’ safety on campus," says Lee Stovall (she/hers & they/them), Queer and Transgender Resource Center coordinator.
The university will highlight student leaders, faculty and staff in various activities and special events throughout the month, which is themed “Connecting at the Intersections.”
“Connecting at the Intersections” is the theme of this year’s celebrations for LGBTQ+ Hxstory Month. CSUSB has been holding a series of programs to celebrate the community and its contributions to society.
