Cal State San Bernardino will host the California College Guidance Initiative (CCGI) Regional Event, bringing together educators, school counselors and district administrators to the campus to empower attendees with the knowledge and tools to better utilize CCGI in guiding students toward higher education opportunities.

The meeting will take place from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday, April 14, at CSUSB’s Santos Manuel Student Union North Conference Center. To attend, register online at CCGI Regional Event webpage.

CCGI, in partnership with CSUSB’s Division of Strategic Enrollment Management and Marketing, will lead interactive sessions tailored for every level of user — whether a participant is an advanced user, emerging user or just beginning to explore the platform. Through insightful presentations, participants will learn how to maximize CCGI’s capabilities to support college and career readiness efforts in schools across the region.

The event will also feature keynotes from influential leaders, such as Ted Alejandre, San Bernardino County superintendent of schools, and representatives from Riverside County, who will highlight the critical need for collaboration between CCGI, CSUSB and local school districts to ensure the success of students and strengthen community partnerships.
