CSUSB will host the inaugural California Semiconductor Workforce Innovation for Tomorrow Symposium (CalSWIFT ’25) on Friday, April 11, which will focus on the cutting-edge research, innovation and workforce development within the evolving semiconductor and emerging technology sectors. Hosted by the Office of Student Research, the event will take place in the Santos Manuel Student Union South and Center for Global Innovation from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
The symposium will serve as a collaborative platform for students, faculty and industry professionals to engage in meaningful conversations surrounding workforce development. It will feature dynamic speakers, panel discussions, and research presentations that explore the latest advancements in semiconductor technology and the critical need for a highly skilled workforce to keep pace with these innovations.
Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to network with professionals in the field and explore potential collaborations.
