The College of Social and Behavioral Sciences will present “New Directions in Gender & Sexualities Research: Interdisciplinary Perspectives” as part of its ongoing colloquium series on Wednesday, March 6.
The presentation, part of the university’s Womxn’s History Month, will begin at 4 p.m. and will take place in the John M. Pfau Library, room PL-4005.
Presenting will be Brittany Bloodhart, psychology; Andrea Daventry, philosophy; Donna Garcia, psychology; and Jamie O’Quinn, sociology.
The panelists will engage in a collaborative, cross-disciplinary discussion around broad questions on gender and sexualities theory, research methods, substantive topics, and public engagement. The discussion will be approximately one hour, followed by a question-and-answer session, and a reception.
