Online registration is now open for students, alumni, faculty and staff to sign up for Coyote Cares Day, set for Saturday, Feb. 17 from 7 a.m.-1 p.m.

Coyote Cares Day is Cal State San Bernardino’s annual day of volunteer service in the community that provides the university’s students with an understanding of the work nonprofit organizations perform. The event also is a way of thanking the community for its support of the university and its mission.

This day of giving back, organized by the CSUSB Office of Community Engagement, also allows students to network with alumni, staff and meet fellow students, all while gaining hands-on learning. To participate, register at the Coyote Cares Day 2024 webpage.

In past years Coyote Cares Day has seen the traditional volunteer efforts of students, faculty, and staff in tasks assigned by the nonprofit organizations, such as tree planting, community clean-up, and food pantry projects. Allowing the entire campus community to be involved in giving back and serving others.
