The vibrant yet underrepresented Afro Latino community

Arianna Huhn, a sociocultural anthropologist at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) and director of the CSUSB Anthropology Museum, was interviewed for an article about those who identify as Afro-Latino – people who are of African descent with roots in Mexico, Central and South America and the Caribbean. The museum is preparing for an upcoming exhibit next year that will highlight the Afrolatine culture and communities across Southern California and Mexico.

Viktor Wang, associate professor of educational leadership and technology at Cal State San Bernardino, has published his latest book, “Handbook of Research on Educational Leadership and Research Methodology,” which discusses the evolution of educational leadership knowledge, thoughts and practices by sharing the perspectives, experiences, theories and philosophies related to educational leadership and research methodologies across all levels of education.
