Kevin Grisham, alumnus-turned-faculty member, says Cal State San Bernardino kept drawing him back due to the diversity, culture and various perspectives he experienced on campus.

He praises CSUSB for its ability to open the eyes of students who have only been exposed to their local communities by introducing them to a variety of different backgrounds and cultures.

Continuing to highlight the students, Grisham emphasizes that CSUSB's diversity leads them toward futures where they are empowered to work with people of different backgrounds from all over the world. He commends CSUSB's faculty members for embracing the university's diversity and sharing their experiences with students to inspire them to achieve feats beyond what they thought they were capable of.
