The Princeton Review education services company has named as one of the West’s Best Business Schools for 2021 Cal State San Bernardino’s Jack H. Brown College of Business and Public Administration.

The Jack H. Brown College was also listed as one of the Top 50 Online MBA Programs with a ranking of 37.  

The ranking marks the eighth consecutive year that CSUSB has been listed as one of the nation’s best business schools by the Princeton Review.

“It is especially pleasing to see that the hard work and impact of our faculty and staff is once again being recognized by our peers,” said Lawrence Rose, dean of the Jack H. Brown College.

“We recommend the Jack H. Brown College of Business and Public Administration at California State University, San Bernardino as an excellent choice for an aspiring MBA,” said Rob Franek, The Princeton Review’s Editor-in-Chief. He noted that the company chose the schools for its 2021 list based on data from the company’s surveys of administrators at business schools during the 2019-20 academic year. The administrator survey, which numbered more than 200 questions, covered topics from academic offerings and admission requirements to data about currently enrolled students as well as graduates’ employment. 

Franek added, “What makes our Best Business Schools list unique is that we factor in data from our surveys of students attending the schools about their campus and classroom experiences. For our 2021 list we tallied surveys of more than 17,800 students at 244 business schools.” The Princeton Review’s 80-question student survey asked students about their school’s academics, student body, and campus life as well as about themselves and their career plans. The student surveys were conducted during the 2019-20, 2018-19, and 2017-18 academic years.

The Jack H. Brown College is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International (AACSB). The accreditation represents the highest standard of achievement for business schools worldwide. Less than 5 percent of the world’s 13,000 business programs have earned AACSB Accreditation. The Jack H. Brown College is one of a handful of CSUs that is AACSB accredited. 

The Princeton Review list of Top 50 Online MBA Programs incorporates student opinions collected through their online MBA student survey and institutional data reported to them by administrators at the business schools.
