Sara Callori, an associate professor of physics at Cal State San Bernardino, won big on the “Wheel of Fortune” game show, which was aired on KABC 7 on Oct. 28.
After making it through the earlier rounds, she found herself in the Bonus Round. Solving that puzzle, she won $38,000, bringing her total winnings to $56,900, which includes a vacation trip to Antigua.
Callori grew up watching "Wheel of Fortune" with her grandmother and has continued watching the game show.
She’s no stranger to competing on television. In 2019 she was a contestant on “Jeopardy.”
