Hispanic Heritage Month, Sept. 15-Oct. 15

CSUSB graduate Alexander Soto wanted to become a doctor as a way to help the community after growing up in a neighborhood plagued by drug usage and gang violence. Soto’s hard work resulted in receiving the CSU Trustees TELACU scholarship. He is currently attending the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
