The workshop is free to residents of Corona; non-resident cost is $20. To register, visit the IEWBC website.

“A well-written plan is an opportunity to present your business at its best,” says IEWBC director Nicole Kinney. “It’s where your business vision and goals are translated into action and financial projections that show how you can make your business not only viable, but successful as well.”

Participants will learn the basics of writing a business plan, how to define and quantify business goals and objectives, how to develop operational and marketing plans, where to go to gather information, and how to streamline the planning process.
