The campus will reopen for classes on Thursday, Dec. 3.
Update at 2:45 p.m. Dec. 2:
Out of concern for the safety of students, faculty and staff, Cal State San Bernardino will close its San Bernardino campus at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2.
All classes and operations will be canceled, but campus police will remain on duty.
The campus anticipates reopening for classes Thursday, Dec.3.

The CSUSB Palm Desert Campus will remain open.
12:59 p.m. Dec. 2:
Active shooters have been reported in the area of 1300 block of S. Waterman Ave. just south of the intersection with Orange Show Road. Three potential suspects may have fled the scene. There are reports of multiple injuries.
There is currently no immediate danger to the campus.
Please avoid the area around South Waterman Avenue and Orange Show Road.
