Wilfred “Bill” Foehner, 86, a former lecturer in Math and Undergraduate Studies, passed away on February 3, 2015. Born in Jamestown, Illinois in 1929, he taught at Redlands High School as well as at CSUSB. A member of the Redlands Country Cub, he was an avid golfer and card player.  He also liked to regale colleagues with tales of the travels he and his wife took to exotic places.  His generosity was key to who he was; staff recalled that he lent his mountain cabin to them so that they could hold a weekend retreat. He was survived by his wife Gladys “Jackie” Foehner of Redlands and their children:  Patrice Stevens (Larry), Steven Foehner (Rhonda), Michael Foehner, David Foehner and Richard Foehner, as well as many children and great-grandchildren.
