Kyle Sandoval
Mr. Sandoval is a cyber security engineer. After earning his B.S. in Administration from CSUSB in 2012 on a Scholarship For Service grant Kyle moved to the Bay Area of California to work for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. For this position, he worked with a team of cyber security professionals to provide intrusion detection and incident response services to the larger Federal Reserve System. Kyle has since taken on a new role at the Federal Reserve; applying his knowledge and experience to engineer technology solutions to support the various security services offered by the information security organization within the bank. In this role, Kyle typically focuses on developing solutions to big data problems such as volume, velocity, variety, and quality of security event data. In addition to taking on new roles within the organization, Kyle continues to educate and challenge himself by attending conferences and trainings as well as earning certifications; he has recently earned his Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP) certification. After being with the Federal Reserve for nearly 5 years Kyle is preparing to transfer to the Federal Reserve Bank in Dallas, Texas this summer to support his wife's new position in public service.
