“I joined the University as a fulltime staff member from a local government agency in 2023 and was immediately impressed with the Campus. From the hiring process to the onboarding, I was consistently met with professionalism and excellence at every step of the way.
As a staff member, I am supported in a variety of ways. I can work on advancing my professional experience and skills, as well as develop a Professional Development Plan from the Staff Development Center or support my personal well-being at the newly opened Staff Enrichment Center. Additionally, my department offers yearly professional development funds to its staff members, allowing us to take courses, attend trainings and conferences, or any other tool for our development.
As an alumnus of the campus, it is a pleasure to see that the University is willing to invest in their staff members as much as they invest in their students.”
