Mental Health First Aid (Day 2 of 2)

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an early intervention public education program that teaches professionals how to recognize the signs and symptoms that suggest a mental health challenge. The Division of Human Resources, Staff Development & Enrichment Team is excited to announce a collaboration with the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) to bring two MHFA certification opportunities to CSUSB.

We invite you to join this professional development opportunity. Participants will learn how to listen nonjudgmentally, give reassurance to a person who may be experiencing a mental health challenge, and refer a person to appropriate professional support and services.
