October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. In this workshop, you will learn about the obstacles and supportive measures for victims of domestic violence within several communities, including LGBTQ+, POC, people with disabilities, male victims, and more. Understanding intersectionality is crucial in addressing and preventing domestic violence, as it helps to recognize the unique experiences and needs of individuals who face multiple forms of discrimination and violence.
