Power to the San Bernardino campus has been restored as of 9:55 a.m. Normal campus operations will resume Friday, July 26th. Essential staff with questions on whether to report should contact their appropriate administrator. Facilities Management will be working to check all building systems including HVAC, elevators and fire alarms. If power has not been restored in your work area when you return, please report that to Facilities Planning and Management at (909) 537-5175. The Palm Desert Campus remains open and operational.

Yosemite Facelift is a huge annual service event organized by the Yosemite Climbing Association since 2004. In addition to cleaning the park, enjoying the sights during the day we will enjoy special evening programs and enter to win top-notch giveaways. We will be camping in the valley and check out some of the famous sites of the park.

6 meals are included, starting with dinner on day 1 (2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 dinners)

Hygiene and Comfort
We will be carrying our all our food, clothing, water, and equipment in a pack weighing up to 10lbs. We will be staying on reserved campsites. The campsites are within proximity to flush toilets and there are NO showers. Drinking water will be available in the park. You will have the option to share a tent with one or two people or sleep out under the cover of the stars.  Light weight tents, warm synthetic sleeping bags, foam pads and ground tarps will be provided to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. The ground consists of soft and hard soil.
