Mindset Matters

"Problems cannot be solved with the same mindset that created them" - Albert Einstein. Our mindsets have the capacity to shape the course of our lives. We often forget the power that our minds hold over our lives. In this workshop, we will discuss Carol Dweck's growth mindset theory and see how we can apply that to different aspects of our lives.
