Finding Your Balance: Decreasing Stress in the Workplace

Workshop Description: With so much change around us, this workshop comes at the optimal time to rediscover how to manage stress in the workplace. During the workshop, participants will have an opportunity to examine, identify, articulate, and assess individual stressors in their workplace.  Participants will learn methods to incorporate in an effort to reduce and/or manage stress, and develop useful strategies toward creating a more harmonious work environment. Additionally, this workshop will address perceptions and ways to develop and maintain healthy boundaries.
