February 8, 2017
All Day
HP-124, CSUSB Campus, 5500 University Parkway, San Bernardino, CA 92407

“Do you have the opportunity to do what you do BEST every day? Chances are you don’t. All too often our natural talents go untapped.” (Tom Rath, Strengths-finder 2.0) In this unique workshop, you will learn how to tap into your true talents. You will step through a process of discovering, defining, and developing your personal and professional strengths. You will learn to align your job, career and personal goals with your natural talents, to help you become a more marketable job seeker and enjoy greater success in your profession. Participants will leave with a greater understanding of themselves and how to maximize unique talents for the best results in work and in life. This workshop will include a strengths assessment, an in-depth discussion, personal application, and an action plan for personal application of workshop results. Participants are encouraged to bring a computer or tablet, with internet access, to take the assessment and receive results. Eric Doucette earned his BA in Organizational Management from Masters College in 2014, and an MBA from CSUSB in 2016. He has led groups and individuals through strengths assessment testing and discussions, helping people discover their strengths and how to apply them to their lives, community service and career. (There is a $10 cost to take the online assessment, but we will waive the fee for the first 30 registrants).
