RAFFMA & Chill: Miss Representation

This semi-monthly movie night will tie popular films, directors or documentaries to concepts being presented within the museum’s exhibitions. 

This month we'll be screening a documentary "Miss Representation" which delves deeper into some of the issues discussed in our current exhibition, "Not Ready to Make Nice: Guerrilla Girls in the Art World & Beyond".

Written and directed by Jennifer Siebel Newsom, Miss Representation exposes how mainstream media and culture contribute to the under-representation of women in positions of power and influence in America.
