Do you currently smoke or vape? Have you ever considered quitting? Do you know someone who is trying to quit and needs support? If so, plan to attend our one hour workshop. Participants will learn how to prepare both mentally and physically to quit smoking, the strategies to guard against the triggers to smoke, and ways to handle the cravings for nicotine.   This workshop will give participants the tools and support necessary to begin living a tobacco-free life!
