Principles of Supervision Workshop

This is a two day workshop.

Being an excellent supervisor can have a profound effect on our university. Your actions, behavior, and treatment impacts employees, but also indirectly affects others. The people you supervise and manage frequently move on to lead others, often in a way that emulates how they were supervised. This two-day workshop will encompass the following supervisor success factors; Managing Performance, Managing Relationships, Managing the Work, Developing Direct Reports, and Managing Yourself.
