T.R.A.C.K.S. New Orleans
CSUSB’s TRACKS program will travel to the “Big Easy”, New Orleans for a week of service and learning. Our time will be spent volunteering and partnering with local nonprofits that assist the community in rebuilding. While progress has been made in the years since the levees breached during Hurricane Katrina, New Orleans still has a long way to go to fully recover from the storm. We will learn about New Orleans’ recovery and, when not working on service projects, experience the local cuisine, music, architecture and culture of this fantastic city.
