Career Advancement Pathways Skills Event

On Wednesday, January 31 the Career Advancement Pathways taskforce of ITS will be hosting an event, focused on skill identification and development for members of the Division.  We have invited a trainer from Portfolium to campus to facilitate the creation of profiles for members of the Division (our goal is 100% participation).  This event should help the Division with the Professional Development Plan and evaluation process going forward as employees will gain information on skills associated with their working title and CSU classification and self-identify their learning path for professional progression.  We also hope to have a productive conversation about dedicated resources for the Division.

This event will run twice on Wednesday once from 9 am to 12 pm and again from 1 pm to 4 pm.
