Whether your goals focus on personal development, career, or a combination of these, utilizing SMART principles of goal-setting can help you turn your vision into reality. Come learn how thoughtful goal-setting and using SMART principles can help you formulate goals that you can accomplish.

A two-time CSUSB alumna, April Lane began working for CSUSB in 2007 and received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology – Exercise Science that same year. In 2014 she received a Master of Public Health with an emphasis in Community Health Education and shortly after became a Certified Health Education Specialist.  April specializes in behavior change utilizing a holistic framework and is a founding partner and CWO of Cornerstone Health Education Group, Inc.
