Many workplace environments including higher education, have employees who are disengaged from their work and from each other. This workshop will look at these organizational dynamics and discuss how to build cohesive, positive environments in today’s landscape. 

Our guest speaker has applied positive psychology principles, including how to create employee connections and engagement, as well as developing an atmosphere of professionalism that encourages each employee (both faculty and staff) to work hard not only for themselves but also for the university.
