Summer abounds with veggies. Together we’ll explore a vast array of summer veggies, and fun ways to enjoy them during this scorching So Cal season. Veggies will figure in salads, sides and mains that you’ll taste in generous tastings. Adding more veggies to your plate figures in to any eating plan and healthy lifestyle regimen. Quick and easy dishes help you be successful, and this workshop delivers.  Participants receive generous tastings and complements, beverages, and a recipe booklet with the days recipes plus ideas for more veggie preparations.
