Dean's Message
Greetings students, alumni, community partners, and friends! I would like to wish you a warm welcome to the College of Education at California State University, San Bernardino at the start of the 2018-2019 academic year! CSUSB is a leading and premier teacher education provider in the Inland Empire striving to transform education and human service professionals for lives of leadership, service, and continual growth. All initial teacher credential, advanced credential, and specialist credential programs were reaccredited by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) in May 2018.
We offer comprehensive teacher preparation programs including teaching, advanced, and specialist credentials, Masters programs, and a Doctoral program in educational leadership. Our excellent programs are due to expert faculty who take pride in developing great relationships with students and the local communities in the classroom, in the field, and throughout the world as leaders in learning, research, and service. We also have great staff who are truly committed to serving the needs of our diverse students, alumni, and other constituencies.
As Interim Dean for the College of Education, I am committed to working and collaborating with faculty and staff and our external stakeholders to sustain our traditions, enrich learning experiences, and elevate our dreams.
