It’s 1962 and Florence “Chicklet” Forrest, a not-so-innocent tomboy, longs to become the first female surfer at Malibu Beach; she also happens to have multiple personalities … and did we mention there’s also a murderer on the loose? With a large cast of colorful characters, there’s no shortage of suspects ... or victims!
