			Do you find yourself constantly worrying about the future and feel that your mind jumps from thought to thought?  Is it a challenge to sit with uncomfortable emotions and to express them in a constructive manner?  Meditation has been shown to assist in managing stress and anxiety and can increase our ability to be aware of and to regulate our emotions.  Come learn about the benefits of meditation and mindfulness and how you can incorporate these skills into your daily life!  No prior meditation experience required.
