College Opportunities for All (COfA) is an initiative between K-12 award-winning master educators from Manuel A. Salinas Creative Arts Elementary School and CSUSB, which aims to create an accessible path toward higher education for students who originate from at risk communities. It will be a day of learning, art, and celebration that will include special presentations and lessons for the elementary students lead by our dedicated CSUSB faculty, staff and student volunteers.
