Snow to Sand: Enviornmental Stewardship in the Santa Ana River Basin

This presentation will include presentations by volunteers and professionals representing the Surfrider Foundation Huntington Beach Chapter, Inland Empire Resources Conservation District (IERCD), the Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority, and the Inland and Coastal Waterkeeper who are dedicated to promoting various strategies aimed at protecting the river basin through the lens of environmental, social and economic initiatives. The event will educate, energize and engage our community to learn about the numerous opportunities to experience and protect the unique resources of the river basin. The format of the event will include a pre-presentation networking session, individual presentations by each presenter, a question and answer panel discussion, and a post-presentation event so that the audience has additional opportunities to engage with the presenters.
