- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Leadership and extracurricular activities preferred
- Commitment to make a direct impact on company success
- Relocatable in the future
- Personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursement offered)
- Additional language preferred
- Local candidates for each market preferred
- Food/Operations/Hospitality background preferred
