Being an excellent supervisor / lead can have a profound effect on our university.  A supervisor’s actions and behaviors impact employees and also indirectly affects others. The people supervisors lead frequently move on to different roles and the way they lead, often in a way, emulates how they were supervised.
This full two-day workshop will encompass the following supervisor success factors: (1) Managing Performance, (2) Managing Relationships, (3) Managing the Work, (4) Developing Others, and (5) Managing Self. Learn more about each success factors on the CSYOU Website.
