When will I receive my ticket(s) for the game?
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation from noreply@mail.authorize.net. If you did not receive a confirmation email immediately after your ticket purchase, please wait 24 hours. If the fees were deducted from your bank account and you did not receive a purchase confirmation, please contact our office at (909) 537-3700 so we may confirm your purchase. Tickets will be distributed electronically a couple of weeks before game day.
What size(s) are available for the exclusive giveaway?
The exclusive CSUSB and Dodger Baseball cap is a regular adult cap.
Can I pick up my promotional item(s) from the ticket package at an earlier or later date?
Am I able to select my own seats?

Can I purchase a special event ticket package at the box office?
No. This special event ticket package is only available through this link. Package must be purchased through this link to obtain item.
How old does a child have to be to need to receive the ticket package item?
Children 3 and under do not need a ticket for the game, as they can sit on a lap. However, without a ticket for the game, they are not eligible to receive any special event giveaway items.
My family is arriving separately and may miss the designated pick up times. Can I pick up all of the items on their behalf?
Each ticket needs to be scanned to get into the ballpark prior to redeeming your item, meaning you cannot pick up someone else's item that has not already entered the stadium. They will be denied entry into the ballpark if their ticket has been scanned for item redemption prior to their entrance into the stadium.
