How much is parking?
Parking is $10.00 cash 

When will I receive my ticket(s)?
Please locate our CSUSB Alumni Canopy, tickets will be distributed outside the arena starting at 5:00 pm and any tickets remaining after 6 p.m. will be turned into the will-call window. Valid ID is required for ticket pick-up.

When will I receive my t-shirt?
The adult replica jersey will be distributed the day of the game.

What sizes are the replica jersey's available in?
The replica jersey is only available in an Adult Large. 

What is your refund policy? 
Unfortunately, there are no refunds. However, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. 

Does my child need a ticket to attend the Ontario Reign Game?
Children two years of age and older require a ticket to enter the Ontario Reign game. 

Will there be ADA seating available? 
If you purchased a ticket and would like to request ADA seating, please email Susana Barbosa at susana.barbosa@csusb.edu to submit your request.
