CSUSB Recreation & Wellness Committee Application

The CSUSB Recreation & Wellness Committee is a sub-committee of the Santos Manuel Student Union Board of Directors, and serves as advisory group to the CSUSB Recreation & Wellness Department. Serving on the committee is not only a great résumé highlight, but also a leadership development opportunity where insight on operations of the Recreation & Wellness department will be gained. In addition to completing this application by the deadline, the requirements for serving on the committee include:

A minimum 2.5 G.P.A. - both quarterly and cumulative – is required to serve on the committee.
Being a currently enrolled student at CSUSB when you apply and for the duration of the time serving on the committee.
Being able to attend committee meetings (generally 1 per month during the academic school year and typically on Fridays).
Provide your current résumé. Please include current resume with the completed application.
