Spring '25 Application Requirements

First-Year applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:

A first-year applicant is a student attending high school. High school students can earn college credit while enrolled at their school, however, cannot earn college credit after the summer immediately following their high school graduation date in spring. Students who take courses beyond the summer following the graduation date will need to follow the transfer path. If you are a non-traditional high school student who has graduated early or is homeschooled, please contact us if you have any questions.

You are eligible for admissions as a first-year student if you:

  • Graduate High School: All applicants must be a High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • 2.5 GPA: Earn a 2.5 or higher "A-G" grade point average (GPA) for California residents
  • A-G courses: Complete the 15 unit comprehensive "A-G pattern with a grade of C- or better by high school graduation

Transfer applicants must meet one of the two eligibility path requirements.
