Canada Goose

The Canada Goose is a casual visitor to campus, with flocks of birds occasionally seen flying during early to mid February. It is a common winter visitor in southern California at agricultural areas, parks, and golf courses. Some birds have become domesticated and may be found year-round at parks and golf courses.The Canada Goose can be identified by its mostly brownish body, and black head and neck with white cheeks and throat.
